The finance application process has been designed to be simple and quick for your customers. Whether applying in store or online, applications are straightforward and take just a few minutes to complete. Once submitted, the customer receives an instant decision. The e-signature facility means the customer can digitally sign the agreement. Hence, the whole application is done in a single online session and there is no paperwork needed. If we are unable to approve an application we will notify the customer directly. Due to Data Protection we are unable to disclose to you why an application was declined. However, the customer can contact us for further explanation. And, for automatic declines, the customer is redirected back to your website to choose an alternative payment method.

No. affordttNOW customers are given a dedicated account which allows them to manage their loan. This account also enables them to repeat purchase without the need to undertake another full loan application.

You no longer need a consumer credit licence. However, to offer consumer credit you must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or have obtained interim permission.
If you only want to offer afforditNOW Interest Free Finance, then, providing the repayment period is within 12 months, you do not require FCA authorisation.

No. There is no need to do anything differently. We take full ownership of the loan and undertake all communication relating to the credit agreement throughout the loan period. We provide you with access to a secure online MIS tool so you can keep track of orders and obtain real time reporting.
Our specialist support desk is available on 03333 444 2226, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to handle any queries you may have.
We simply deduct the funds from your next settlement and refund the customer for any payments they have made.
